✨ I’m studying to become a certified Group Fitness Instructor after years in a cubicle.
✨ My parents are aging, and their needs are growing in real-time.
✨ My marriage has evolved—we’re reimagining trust and autonomy.
✨ My body is changing again—not from inactivity, but from stress.

I’m not reinventing myself from a blank slate.
I’m doing it with a carry-on full of grief, a duffel of doubt, and an overstuffed suitcase of questions I didn’t pack—but have to unpack anyway.

This past holiday season, we embarked on a real-life treasure hunt 🏴‍☠️—not for gold, but for the vintage cookie cutters that still bind my family together. A journey through antique stores, hidden gems, and second-hand shops led us to a full set of cherished shapes, plus a new addition—a camel! 🐪 (Because traditions evolve, and a little fun never hurts.)
