These days, you’ll find me chasing adventure, coaching fitness classes, and proving that a wildly authentic life is not only possible—it’s necessary.

Hell Week = 2 workouts a day for 5 days straight. 💪🔥 On top of teaching classes. On top of my other job. On top of life.
And you know what? The hardest part wasn’t the sweat. It was showing up.
Because showing up for yourself means putting yourself first. And we’ve been taught that’s selfish. That the kids, the errands, the job, the “shoulds” all come first.
But here’s the truth: ✨ You can’t pour from an empty cup. ✨ Prioritizing yourself isn’t selfish—it’s survival. ✨ Strength is built in the moments you almost give up.
So here’s my challenge to you: Show up for YOU. Even if it’s messy. Even if you’re tired. Even if it’s imperfect.
